**Job Definition**
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role involves collaboration with the finance team to support business operations and reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
a. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

b. Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records.

c. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.

d. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

e. Monitor and manage budgets, cash flows, and expense tracking.

f. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).

g. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

h. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and support decision-making processes with accurate data.

i. Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency in accounting operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- 1-2 years experience required.

**NOTE: Only For Females**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
