**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Building Materials

**Location**: Visakhapatnam
**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, developing strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and builders, and achieving monthly targets for building materials such as ACP, plywood, laminates, hardware, or related products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Promote and sell building material products to B2B and B2C customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Track new construction and renovation projects for potential sales.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth order execution.
- Report daily visits, market feedback, and competitor activities.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of building materials industry (ACP, laminates, plywood, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,692.91 per month
