**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads within the gaming industry by identifying potential clients such as game development studios, publishers, and esports organizations.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial outreach to understand client needs, challenges, and their interest in our IT solutions.
- Research and analyze gaming companies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for IT sales growth and expand the lead pipeline.
- Set up meetings and product demos for senior sales executives by engaging qualified prospects and scheduling calls or in-person meetings.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of leads generated, qualified opportunities, and appointments set, ensuring visibility into progress and success.
- Stay up to date on gaming industry trends and emerging technologies, such as cloud gaming, multiplayer solutions, AR/VR, and esports, to have meaningful conversations with potential clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in IT sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Understanding of IT solutions related to the gaming industry, including cloud infrastructure, multiplayer platforms, game development tools, and analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with gaming professionals and technical stakeholders.
- Passion for gaming and gaming technology, with a keen interest in learning about new industry trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in the gaming industry or with game development studios.
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and cloud gaming platforms.
- Experience working with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of emerging trends such as esports, AR/VR, and AI in gaming
- Minimum 3+ years of experience needed in game development

Pay: ₹10,051.26 - ₹60,000.00 per month
