**Job Title**: Commis Bakery Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of all bakery items.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the head chef.
- Operate and manage the bakery section of the kitchen.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality.
- Maintain and clean all baking equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A diploma in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field is a plus.
