- Ensure all products are produced in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor baking equipment and maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and innovative baked goods.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistent quality of ingredients and finished products.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on baking techniques and safety procedures.
- **Inventory and Cost Management**:

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain production.
- Monitor expenses and strive to minimize waste and costs.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Head Baker, or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Creative flair and passion for baking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
