
Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks, such as HVAC system checks, plumbing inspections, and electrical repairs, in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including cleaning companies, security personnel, maintenance contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage facility-related expenses, including maintenance costs, utilities, and supplies, to ensure budget compliance.
- Develop and implement facility-related policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
