**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and create menus that are innovative, diverse, and meet the preferences and dietary needs of our clientele.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and improvement.

Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proven expertise in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and dish preparation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
