- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 4 Years as a Chef
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a Chef specializing in continental cuisine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of continental cuisine dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Develop and innovate menu items while adhering to culinary guidelines and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques and recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients to ensure efficient stock management.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to provide a safe dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training program is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
