Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Monitor and drive secondary sales through retailers and distributors.

2. Distribution Network Management:
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the territory.

Ensure timely stock replenishment at the distributor and retailer levels.

Optimize the distribution network to maximize market reach.

3. Retailer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

Conduct regular visits to retailers to ensure product visibility and placement.

Collect and analyze feedback from retailers to understand market demands and challenges.

4. Brand Promotion:
Implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentives for distributors and retailers.

Ensure proper branding and merchandising at retail outlets.

5. Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.

Identify opportunities for business growth and suggest strategies to penetrate new markets.

6. Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Track and analyze sales performance, inventory, and collection data.

7. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Provide training and support to distributor sales teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in apparel, FMCG, or a similar industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of sales and distribution networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
