
IT Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored software solutions to address their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our software solutions in the marketplace.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on selling software solutions. Experience in selling CRM software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
Pay: ₹9,410.96 - ₹36,419.37 per month
