**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender proposals.
- Review and analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents required for tender submissions.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive and accurate tender proposals, ensuring they meet all technical and commercial specifications.
- Develop and maintain a database of tender opportunities, tracking deadlines and submission statuses.
- Monitor tender announcements and identify new opportunities aligned with the company’s capabilities and objectives.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, address queries, and negotiate terms as needed.
- Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain tender documentation, including technical specifications, pricing information, and compliance statements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing tenders and market trends.
- Participate in post-tender debriefs to identify areas for improvement and refine tendering strategies.
- Proven experience in managing tenders, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficient in using tender management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
