**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Understand and actively promote Zen Ebikes’ products and services.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Provide feedback on improving customer service processes.
- Engage in sales activities and help meet or exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for creating meaningful connections with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, customer service software like Zendesk, and project management tools.
- Masters Degree and Experience in Business Management
- Basic knowledge of e-bikes or cycling.

**Compensation**:
Compensation will be based on your experience and the value you bring to the company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
