Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Assistant to Key Account Manager:
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager to assist in various administrative tasks, client meetings, and relationship management activities.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for key clients.
2. Sales Calling, Negotiation and Conversion:
- Execute outbound sales calls to prospects, demonstrating product knowledge and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Display exceptional sales techniques and negotiation skills during client interactions.
- Continuously improve sales tactics and approaches based on feedback and industry best practices.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion monitoring.
- Uphold accurate and updated documentation of sales activities utilizing CRM systems.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze market data to provide insights for business decision-making.
5. Account Management and Strategy Development:
- Assist in formulating account management strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Develop and implement plans to expand and retain client accounts.
6. Account Monthly Reconciliation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and account reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with finance, operations teams and client for smooth reconciliation processes.
7. Maintaining Key Client Accounts:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
8. Client Retention:
- Devise and execute strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Prior experience in sales, account management, or related fields is advantageous
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
