**Job Title**: Quick Commerce Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage real-time order flow, ensuring 10-30 minute deliveries.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure rider availability and performance.
- Track and maintain optimal stock levels across dark stores or micro-warehouses.
- Work closely with category and supply chain teams to plan replenishment and product placement.
- Analyze delivery time, order volume, customer feedback, and cancellations to improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, including escalations, delays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Generate and present reports on key operational metrics (TAT, fill rate, NPS, etc.).
- Support onboarding and training of delivery personnel and store staff.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, hyperlocal delivery, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards/ERP tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with route optimization is a bonus.
