**Quick Commerce App Maintenance Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **App Maintenance Executive** to oversee and maintain our quick commerce platform. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth app functionality, updating content, troubleshooting basic issues, coordinating with tech teams, and supporting daily operational needs of the app.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor app performance and report bugs or downtime issues to the tech team.
- Manage product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions on the app dashboard.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and category teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure order flow, payment, and inventory systems are running smoothly.
- Liaise with customer support to identify recurring app-related complaints or issues.
- Assist with testing new features, updates, and UI changes before rollout.
- Prepare reports on app performance, outages, and customer experience.
- Support campaigns by updating banners, promos, and relevant content within the app.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in app operations or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web-based app workflows.
- Familiarity with CMS tools, dashboards, and backend systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with quick commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of basic analytics and reporting tools.
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for tracking tasks/issues.
