Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Management: Oversee and manage product listings, inventory, and content across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and international e-commerce platforms.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share, including promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and pricing tactics.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Customer Engagement: Manage customer queries, reviews, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure that all product listings are SEO-friendly, including compelling product descriptions, images, and keyword optimization.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute PPC campaigns, sponsored product ads, and other paid promotions to drive visibility and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all product listings meet the compliance and regulatory requirements of each marketplace.
- International Market Expansion: Identify opportunities and implement strategies for entry into and growth within international e-commerce markets.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and international marketplaces' algorithms and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data analytics platforms, and e-commerce management software.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
