Overview: Complete account management of Amazon and eBay. Requires Experience in any E-commerce platform like Amazon, eBay, Flip kart, Snap deal, Content creator, image designer (E-commerce platform experience mandatory) Account Services: - Work cross-functionally with the distribution. Amazon, and eCommerce team up to ensure flawless execution of online product content and enhancements, and help drive the eCommerce roadmap forward. - Keywords Research - Proper keyword research with tools to know our targeted keywords. - Content Writing - creating consumer facing content for product listings. - Content Optimization - Content optimization on an E-commerce platform to pull up products on top of SERP (Search Engine Results Page). - HTML Description - On Amazon product descriptions should be in HTML form so we will create HTML descriptions for new listings. - Backend Search Terms Research and Analysis
- Backend search terms play a vital role in indexing and ranking so we will create backend search terms for each product to help improve our products visibility. - Image Editing - Products image editing to make listing attractive and increase conversion rate. - Listing Creation/Product Listing - Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content on the eCommerce platform - Competitor Research Analysis - Competitor analysis is required to know our competitor strategies like what kind of pictures they are using, what keywords they are using in campaigns etc. Also, this helps us to determine a competitive and profitable price for our products. - Provide detailed reporting on product trends, and competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision-making processes - Inventory Management - Need to keep an eye on inventory and make sure all are in stock and active. This also needs communication with warehouse staff. - Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, inventory, and/or pre-orders. - Possessing a solid knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, order management, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends. - Buyer Messages - You will need to respond to buyer messages to provide information, and resolve issues by complying with e-commerce platform policies - Account Health - To perform Account health checks on a regular basis which includes Customer feedback, Product Compliance, Delivery Performance - Fixing Price Alerts - Will fix pricing issues. - Maintain reporting between eCommerce, warehouse team, and dispatch team and manage sales strategies such as promotion and advertising. - Keyword Tracking - Keyword tracking helps us to know about ranking and organic ranking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
