Business Development Manager – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    sales and revenue generation

across e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
- Identify new opportunities and close deals to onboard products on additional platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform decision-makers to negotiate for better visibility and higher sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute platform-specific sales strategies and promotional tie-ups.
- Track sales performance, conversions, and competitor movement to stay ahead in the market.
- Proactively push product sales through upselling, cross-selling, and smart negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in
    sales (preferably e-commerce/quick commerce/FMCG/consumer brands).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience in closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.
