Role Overview
We are hiring an E-Commerce and CRM Manager to own our digital storefront and customer journey. This role will ensure our Shopify store is conversion-ready at all times, while also driving customer retention through CRM, email and WhatsApp marketing.
Responsibilities
Manage Shopify store hygiene including product listings, descriptions, banners and UX updates
Oversee conversion optimization and run A/B tests on key pages
Implement and manage CRM flows such as cart abandonment, post-purchase, and repeat purchase triggers
Run retention campaigns across WhatsApp, Email (Klaviyo/Hubspot) and loyalty programs
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure digital experience matches our luxury positioning
What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably on Shopify
Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools like Klaviyo, Hubspot or similar
Strong eye for UX and conversion-driven design
Experience in retention marketing (email, WhatsApp, loyalty)
Ability to work cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
Location
