Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Sales E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. You will be responsible for product listings, sales growth, campaign execution, and overall account health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor sales performance and execute strategies to drive traffic and conversions
- Handle daily operations including order processing, returns, and stock coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory and logistics flow
- Run and optimize ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain healthy account status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with major e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in sectors like electronics, apparel, home & kitchen, or FMCG
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards
