We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to support our back-office operations by addressing customer problems and effectively collaborating with the IT department to implement necessary changes. This role involves a blend of customer service, internal communication, and lead generation to drive product awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify common pain points or areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other internal departments (especially IT) to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
- **Collaboration with IT Department**:

- Work closely with the IT department to translate customer concerns or technical issues into actionable insights for system or process changes.
- Assist in gathering requirements for new features or product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure the IT team is aligned with marketing objectives and can deliver technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Monitor the implementation of changes, ensuring they address the problems raised by customers.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target customer segments and create personalized marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze lead generation efforts, reporting on key metrics (conversion rates, engagement, etc.) and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Conduct research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on campaign performance, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance lead conversion rates.
- **Internal Communication & Documentation**:

- Maintain clear documentation of customer issues, IT team changes, and marketing campaign progress.
- Ensure all team members (across marketing, IT, customer service, and sales) are kept informed of key customer issues and developments.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media, CRM tools, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to understand and translate customer feedback into actionable changes and improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with IT teams is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of customer service management software.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of web development or IT processes is a bonus.
