- Overall work experience: 1 to 5 years
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to source relevant information and ensure customer query is addressed
- Log each customer query in internal systems for continuity
- Handle follow ups with customer and create happy customers.
**Skill sets required for the job**:
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Team work - Ability to help each other and work as a group
- Good attitude & quick learner
- Solution oriented - Provide quick resolutions to customers including suggesting alternatives
- Multi-tasking skills.
