**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve specific business goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics and performance tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in performance marketing.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Managing large ad spend - INR 10-20 Cores.
- Proficiency with zapier, CRM and other third-party marketing tools
- Generate reports and communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for future campaigns.
- Customer-centric mindsets with a passion for helping clients succeed. Ability to empathize with client challenges & provide effective solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on managing Google & Facebook ads. Consulting experience is preferred. Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using performance tracking and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations & strategies to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
