Team Lead Performance Marketing
Job Purpose:
The role would handle Online Performance Marketing for a leading and iconic Indian tractor brand, and will be responsible for creating, executing and managing all paid marketing campaigns. It will also be responsible for analyzing data to pull out insights for informed decisions making and better ROI, across all digital marketing and acquisition channels, to help boost sales growth and strengthen the brand.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop, oversee and the overall performance marketing strategy with the help on agencies
- Competitor monitoring, analysis and insights
- Interface with the business team to understand business goals, product positioning, seasonality and marketwise product focus
- Create and manage ads on Google platforms, Meta network, and third-party sites (SEM & SMM)
- Manage the website and ensure top organic search ranking, working on keyword research, on-page optimisation, handling landing pages, and monitoring (SEO)
- Managing brands WhatsApp Business account and running WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Hyperlocal marketing and managing dealer landing pages
- Performance tracking and monitoring analytics to measure organic traffic, conversions and campaign performance
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS, lead management and analysis
- Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners
- Develop strategies and oversee lead nurturing and marketing automation; set up, manage, and optimise direct marketing campaigns, email marketing (EDM), newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (search, social, ad, email, website, blog) and recommend optimization action plans
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits, monitor CPL / CPA, and execute A/B tests, user testing, and feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand's digital channels and assets
- Manage and update leads dashboard and present reports on a routine basis
Candidate Specifications:
- Previous work experience in performance and quantitative marketing role, managing strategy and execution on social, search and other performance- oriented channels
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google AdWords
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Outstanding presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and should be a critical thinker with a creative mindset
- Ability to handle large campaign volumes and budgets

Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate (preferred) with a full-time degree and professional experience in digital and performance marketing, with a reputed organization. Credible digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience and strong exposure of digital marketing in a large organisation or established agency. It will be ideal if the candidate has experience working in performance marketing for the Indian domestic market across all platforms.
- Agri and automotive industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. The candidate should be well-versed with the concepts surrounding digital marketing and its platform-wise application, to engage with the brand and build campaigns around it.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
