**Job Title**: Instructional Designer

**Location**: Mylapore, Chennai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design instructional content using ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, or other instructional design models
- Develop engaging learning content such as e-learning modules, videos, assessments, workbooks, and facilitator guides
- Create storyboards and scripts for multimedia learning content
- Work with graphic designers and developers to transform instructional materials into interactive digital assets
- Evaluate and revise content based on feedback and learning outcomes
- Ensure all content aligns with branding, tone, and instructional standards
- Stay updated with learning technology trends, tools, and best practices

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive load theory, and assessment strategies
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
