Instructional Designer

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct instructional needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
- Develop learning objectives that align with both learner needs and organizational objectives.
- Design and create instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training programs, and support tools.
- Select and implement appropriate learning technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and implement necessary adjustments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing for various learning mediums.
- Conduct design and development reviews of learning content.
- Review storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy prior to client delivery.
- Creation of E-Learning modules.
- Develop eLearning courses utilizing authoring tools.
- Produce course slides/modules.
- Create illustrations, animations, and simulations as needed.
- Develop course content, including manuals, job aids, videos, and eLearning modules, and assess training program effectiveness.
- Exhibit knowledge of developing diverse learning solutions, such as ILTs, simulations, and online courses.
- Adapt to project development processes with flexibility.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Design learning strategies and develop ID approach documents.
- Develop courses for diverse learner audiences.
- Collaborate with technical staff to troubleshoot user-reported issues.
- Familiarity with course management systems.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 1 or 2+ years of experience in instructional design.
- Strong understanding of learning theory and principles.
- Experience with various learning technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Skills**:
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Experience with developing and delivering instructor-led training.
- Experience with developing and implementing e-learning courses.
- Experience with developing and using assessments.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with developing and using video and audio content.
- Experience with game-based learning and simulations.
- Experience with mobile learning.
- Experience with social learning and collaboration tools.
**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
