**Position Summary**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Professional Services projects are across industry verticals like Publishing, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Technology, and Financial Services. RSuite clients are provided with instructional product videos to help onboard their teams and rapidly achieve their publishing objectives. The key expectations for projects are:

- Understand client problem statements, define learning objectives, and recommend training strategies to achieve learning outcomes.
- Conduct different types of needs assessment (audience/role analysis, task analysis, gap analysis, and content analysis) identify gaps in performance, and determine training needs.
- Plan and create appropriate content outlines, course content, interactive exercises, assessments, and job aids to achieve learning outcomes.
- Implement ID frameworks like the ADDIE process and execute ID pedagogy, ID principles, and ID tools.
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), online training (WBT and VILT), blended training, or micro-learning as determined from the needs assessment and content analysis. Independently develop L1 and L2 training courses.
- Act as a key member of the team, along with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and others, in determining the needs of the course, the overall instructional flow of a program, and the appropriate delivery method. Interact with other project teams to ensure consistency of deliverables.
- Provide status reports and participate actively in client meetings.
- Achieve customer delight through experience, soft skills, and solution definition.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Indian citizenship and passport; able to travel to any country.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design and Courseware Development projects.
- Experience with creating instructional content, storyboards, and engaging training content.
- Proficiency in courseware development tools like Articulate Studio, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Basic digital image editing.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and as an individual contributor or specialist.
- Experience working with global clients.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certification or degree in Instructional Education, Training/Curriculum Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Flexibility to adapt to new ideas, changes, and feedback.
- Ability to conceptualize content visually by collaborating with graphic designers and technical team members.
- Exhibiting an exceptional eye for detail to create the final product within specified timelines.
- Demonstrated experience in committing to and meeting external customer expectations.

**Reporting**:This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Global Products and Services

**Work Hours**:
This is a full-time, on-site position with hours of operations from Monday to Friday, between 09:00am to 06.00pm.
