**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leverage **instructional design theories and models** to develop eLearning solutions.
- Utilize **problem-solving skills**, including lateral and design thinking, to craft creative learning experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest **technology platforms** used in eLearning.
- Contribute to **mobile learning** and **scenario-based learning** initiatives.
- **Review source content** to establish clear learning objectives.
- Structure and organize content logically to ensure clarity and learner engagement.
- Write comprehensive and detailed **storyboards** for course development.
- Select and implement appropriate design approaches, ensuring they fit within client standards and style guides.
- **Design and develop ILT/VILT content** for a global audience.
- Collaborate with client SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Recommend the use of **graphics, audio, video, and animation** to enhance the learning experience.
- Create various **supporting content** like videos, quizzes, interactive WBTs, and more.

**Basic Qualifications**
- **2 to 3 years** of experience in designing training content, including eLearning, ILT, multimedia materials (videos, graphics, audio), and job aids.
- Basic knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as **Articulate Studio/Storyline**, **Camtasia**, **Adobe Creative Suite**, and **Vyond**.
- **Ability to plan, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines**, and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
- Excellent **communication skills**, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts and collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in **Instructional Design, Learning Sciences **or related fields.
- A **portfolio or work sample** showcasing your expertise with course authoring tools and instructional design will be required during the hiring process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹192,923.96 - ₹500,000.00 per year
