**Profile Description(responsibilities/job description)**: - Monitoring daily production and enhancing the production. Recruiting labour(Direct or labour supplier), Scheduling work of labor, and ensure production quality and quantity as required by sales team. Setting up new machine and process. Conduction RND on plant level. Maintaining ISO documents. Details will be discussed in interview **Reporting structure** Reporting to:
