We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our company. The Production Manager will be sole responsible for Production Department related works.

Ø Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in furniture making industry.

Ø Strong knowledge of furniture making techniques, materials, and processes.

Ø Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage

multiple projects simultaneously.

Ø Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Ø Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a production team.

Ø Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ø Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products

Ø Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Ø Graduate, B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field is preferred.

Ø Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.

Ø Strong knowledge of furniture making techniques, materials, and processes

Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and having ability to motivate them also when needed.

Ø Knowledge of all techniques and strategies.

Ø Fluency in local and English languages.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
