**Job Title**: Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor

**Location**: Changodar Ahmedabad

**Job Summary**: The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies. This role involves managing staff, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production operators and technicians in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet demand and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality and resolve any production issues.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions or production delays.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and addressing any findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in production software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
