**Sales Executive should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory. The Sales Rep is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the PMA products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies
**A Day in the Life**
- Achievement of volume objectives along with a chievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
- Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area.
- Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data.
- Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
- Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers
- Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind.
- Ensure effective distribution by proper dealer management, operations, strategies & inputs. Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered. Ensure that DSO, POC etc are maintained as per guidelines.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- **Bachelor in **/ Engineering / Science**:
- **MBA in Sales and Marketing**:
- **Minimum 1-4 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory**:
- **Experience of Distribution Management**:
- **Willing to travel extensively**
**Nice to Have
**- **Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.**
**- **Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc**
**- **Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges**
**- **Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.**
**- **Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
