**Job Title: Sales Representative - Bakery and Catering Industry**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the bakery and catering industry.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.

5. Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase our bakery and catering offerings to potential clients.

6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth.

8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

9. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of orders and client satisfaction.

10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills through training and professional development.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry or related field.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,395.27 per month
