**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential B2B clients (manufacturing units, engineering firms, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored laser solutions (welding, marking machines).
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/ yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

**Marketing Support**:

- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and demo workshops.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Help create marketing collateral like brochures, case studies, and website content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering, BBA, MBA, or B.Com is a strong plus).
- **Freshers are welcome to apply** (Training will be provided on our products).
- Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in machinery, capital equipment, or industrial products, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Tamil (Hindi)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google, SEO) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possessing a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
