**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Franchisee Support Manager to handle franchisee complaints, manage closure processes, and oversee the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) functions. This role will ensure smooth communication between the company and Branches and help resolve issues per company policy, manage closures, and ensure ongoing agreements are followed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the complete closure process when a franchise agreement ends, including both exchange procedures and Full and Final Settlement (FNF).
- Ensure all equipment, assets, or resources are exchanged or returned as required.
- Manage the settlement of all financial obligations during the closure process, including calculating outstanding payments, refunds, and financial clearances.
- Prepare and execute all necessary documentation for the closure process, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
- Manage and oversee the AMC process for franchisees, ensuring all contracts are in place and executed as per the agreed terms.
- Monitor the expiration and renewal process for AMCs, ensuring timely renewals and preventing service gaps.
- Maintain records of all franchisee complaints, closure processes, and AMC-related Files.
- Analyse trends in franchisee complaints and closures, proposing recommendations for process improvements.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to resolve issues related to closures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- Having basic knowledge about accounts
- 1-2 Years of experience in franchise operations, support, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of company policies, franchise agreements, and AMC management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
