The Franchise Coordinator serves as the key link between the company's head office and franchise partners. The role ensures alignment with brand standards, operational consistency, and smooth communication across all franchise locations. The coordinator supports franchisees in daily operations, compliance, training, marketing execution, and performance reporting.
A. Operational Support
- Act as the first point of contact for franchisees for day-to-day operational queries.
- Support new franchise openings, including coordination of training, marketing, and store setup.
- Monitor franchise performance against agreed KPIs and provide feedback or guidance.
- Help franchisees implement operational systems, procedures, and technology updates.
B. Brand & Compliance
- Ensure all franchisees follow brand standards, policies, and visual identity guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits (virtual) and report deviations.
- Work with internal departments (marketing, training, finance, operations) to address compliance issues.
C. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain smooth communication between head office and franchisees.
- Circulate updates on new initiatives, promotions, or process changes.
- Facilitate periodic franchise meetings, webinars, or review calls.
D. Training & Support
- Coordinate induction and ongoing training for franchise partners and their teams.
- Gather training needs and liaise with the training department to develop sessions.
- Track completion of training modules or certifications.
E. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain up-to-date records of franchise contacts, agreements, and reports.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on franchise performance metrics and issues.
- Assist with franchise documentation, renewals, and process compliance.
