**Position Title**: Sports Coordinator
**Education**: Master’s in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.)
**Experience**: 2+ Years in Sports Management or Physical Education
**Location**: Sanjivani International School, Kharghar
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sports Program Management**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the school’s sports activities and events.
- Develop and implement training schedules for students.

**Student Development**:

- Foster students' interest and participation in various sports.
- Identify and nurture talented students for inter-school and state-level competitions.

**Facility and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure the availability and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for the purchase and repair of sports gear.

**Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with teachers and coaches for event management.
- Guide and mentor sports coaches to achieve program objectives.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute annual sports day and other inter-school sports competitions.
- Ensure smooth operations during events, including logistics and student participation.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during sports activities.
- Address injuries or health concerns promptly with appropriate first aid and medical support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in managing school-level sports programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using technology for sports scheduling and communication.
