Job Title: System Coordinator (Mumbai & Thane

Location: Various School Locations (Goregaon & Thane)

Working Hours:
Goregaon: 6 am - 9 am (Monday - Saturday)

Thane: 1 pm - 2 pm & 4 pm - 6 pm (Monday - Saturday)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ground Supervision:
Conduct regular visits to the school grounds during training times to ensure smooth operations and adherence to protocols.

2. Attendance Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records for students attending sports and other training sessions.

3. Coaches’ Time Tracking:
Monitor and record coaches' login and logout times to maintain accountability.

4. Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory related to sports equipment and other supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.

5. Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing and conducting events such as summer camps and inter-school tournaments.

6. Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with school staff, coaches, students, and parents.

7. Sports Knowledge (Football Focus):
Possess a basic understanding of football to support coaches and students, and make informed decisions regarding sports activities.

8. Match Visits:
Attend and support matches or tournaments as required, ensuring adherence to guidelines and providing logístical support.

9. Basic Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Word, Excel) for data entry, report generation, and communication purposes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar coordination role is a plus.

Basic knowledge and interest in Sports, especially football.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
