Role Overview Title : Sports Events Intern

We currently manage the Tiigers of Kolkata (ISPL franchise) and will also be a key sponsor in a leading national womens running event lead execution for a national-level womens sports event.

As a Sports Intern, youll work at the heart of live sports action from planning and operations to on-ground execution. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders and play a key role in building the next wave of sports innovation in India.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support franchise operations, assist in managing national tournaments, and bring big sporting moments to life.

Key Responsibilities


• Support day-to-day operations and logistics for the Tiigers of Kolkata (ISPL) and womens running across key cities.


• Assist in on-ground event execution venue setup, player coordination, and stakeholder management.


• Contribute to the planning and rollout of a national womens sports event, managing venues, branding, and partnerships.


• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on reports, documentation, and vendor management.


• Help manage athlete relations, travel plans, merchandise, and logistics.


• Support digital and content teams with matchday and event coverage.
• Conduct research and benchmarking for upcoming sports IPs and initiatives.

Who Should Apply


• Students pursuing MBA, BMS, BMM, Sports Management, Event Management, or related degrees.


• Passionate about sports, events, and brand storytelling.


• Prior experience in sports events or activations is a plus.


• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.


• Confident, presentable, and eager to learn in high-energy environments.


• Willing to travel and thrive under dynamic, fast-paced conditions.


• Proficient in Presentations, MS Office / Google Workspace with good written and verbal communication.
