J ob Responsibilities: Asst.Director Sports, Shirpur & Dhule

1. To work in close coordination with the Central sports Committee and Director Sports, providing assistance in performing administrative and supervisory duties including training and coaching employees, planning, assigning, and directing work and disciplining coaches, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and assumes the Director Sports responsibilities in his absence.

  1. To supervise, implement and monitor PE & sports programs in SVKM's Schools and further report to Director Sports on regular basis.

  2. Develop Physical Education and Sports training programme and practices schedules leading to high- quality outcomes for all students within.

  3. To take responsibility for maximizing the learning in Physical education and sports, besides ensuring that all students gain encouragement and opportunities to participate to the best of their ability in school sports.

  4. To supervise the training program as well as, operating, and scheduling Sports coaches corresponding to an organization program.

  5. Plan and coordinate all administrative duties, using systems and processes relevant to the SVKМ central sports committee.

  6. Monitor inventory of sports equipments and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

  7. Uphold and extend skills and knowledge in the field of sport and physical education

  8. Responsible to organize various school level sporting events, inter-class, inter-house competitions and summer camp within the institution program.

  9. Regularly monitoring the student progress in learning and performing including their fitness level and maintaining records to review and provide feedback to management and re-construction of the training programme if required.

  10. To ensure the system for storage and maintenance of all sports infrastructures and equipment. Provide all intermittent updates and reports as required by the central sports committee and Director Sports.

  11. Besides, you shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the SVKM management and Director sports from time to time and ensure compliance with SVKM sports policy, rules and regulations.
