Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop a structured physical education curriculum aligned with educational standards and objectives.
- Create lesson plans that focus on skill development, fitness, and sportsmanship.
- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Conduct engaging and inclusive physical education classes for students of various age groups.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrate proper techniques for various sports and physical activities.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- **Sports Event Coordination**:

- Organize and oversee intra-school and inter-school sports events, tournaments, and competitions.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate logistics, schedules, and facilities for sports events.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students' physical abilities and progress in sports through assessments and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, emphasizing areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
- **Health and Fitness Promotion**:

- Educate students on the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
- Implement fitness programs and activities to promote overall well-being among students.
- **Sports Equipment and Facility Management**:

- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of sports equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and manage the availability of resources needed for physical education classes and sports events.
- **Communication with Parents and Stakeholders**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on students' progress and participation in sports activities.
- Collaborate with school administration, colleagues, and community partners to enhance the overall sports program.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and best practices in physical education and sports instruction.
- Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure.
- Proven experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports at the school level.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and physical fitness concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification may be required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
