**Job Title: Customer Experience Executive**

**Job Location: Kandivali East Mumbai**

**Job Duration: 6 Months**

**Required Experience: 2 - 5 years**

There are peripheral activities relating to customers that involves liaison with the vendor partners and interdepartmental teams like Legal / Regional office / Zonal Office / Dealerships.
- **Customer Communication**
- Response to customers are supposed to be with higher efficiency (Turn Around Time)
- **Field Operation Support**
- Escalation in time
- Follow up on critical cases
- **MIS Reports & Analytics**
- Comfortable with Excel to make various cuts of data to provide performance reports
- Generate various qualitative MIS for the field
- Analytical bent of mind to understand the story behind the data and derive actionable Insights
- **Content Management**
- Ability to tailor make contents so as to bring in personalization on Responses to the customers
- Desk research on Best Practices on Customer Responses and keep adding to CX content library

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
