**About the Role**

A customer support executive assists customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. They require strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy, and patience. Their role is vital in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Job requirement**
- Good oral and written communication (Hindi and English) skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Proven time management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and organize daily routine.
- Proactively respond by notifying customers of problems.
- Willing to learn about company products and the industry.
- Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience. (Preferable - Faucet & Building material industry)

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
