
Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive fluent in Filipino/Tagalog to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our Filipino-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for resolving product or service-related queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries in Filipino/Tagalog and English via calls, emails, and live chat.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer problems and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with every customer interaction.
- Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features or services.
- Continuously seek to improve the customer support experience.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
