**Location**:Dehradun, Iksana Workspace, Anand Arcade, 226, Canal Road, Dehradun - 248001.

**Designation**: Relationship Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day interactions and addressing client needs.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.

2. Renewals:

- Oversee and manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
- Monitor renewal dates and proactively reach out to clients to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present renewal proposals.

3. Customer Query Management:

- Handle and resolve client queries and issues promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
- Investigate and troubleshoot client concerns, coordinating with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions for future reference.

4. Lead Conversion:

- Identify and engage potential leads, effectively converting them into clients through targeted communication and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and build relationships that lead to successful client acquisition.
- Track lead progress and report on conversion rates and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role or relationship management is preferred.
- Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
