**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored plans to address clients' specific needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to establish rapport and explore new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with clients' internal teams and other departments within our organization to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Keep clients informed about the latest services and offerings to drive sales and maximize value for both parties.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with industry trends and client preferences.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Smart communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly energetic and proactive with a genuine desire to help clients meet their objectives.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience working with CRM software, preferably in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Customer Service department or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
