**Customer Service Executive Responsibilities**

**Customer Service Executive Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership skills to guide and improve a team.
- Data entry and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge about customer relationship management systems.
- Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics.
- Ability to empathize with customers..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
