**Placement Executive**

To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market. To assist in the internships and placement of students.

**Position**: Placement Executive

**Educational Qualification**: MBA

**Experience**: 2-3 years of experience

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
a) To collect the job announcement/description - requirements, job details, and specifications from the Placement director and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.

b) Require to travel to different cities to visit companies & foster relationships with the company to promote future hiring with placement director.

c) Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.

d) To arrange for interview facilities at the campus (Auditorium, Labs, and Interview rooms).

e) Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases.

f) Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements.

g) To assist students from Interview to on-boarding, complete student career cycle.

h) Collaborate with the Student Placement Committee in consultation with the Heads of the Departments.

**Skills Required**:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel.

4. Good command in English language.

6. Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
