**Key Responsibilities**:
**Placement Coordination**:

- Collaborate with corporate clients and recruitment partners to understand their hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and potential employers.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
- Ensure regular communication with clients to understand their evolving hiring requirements.

**Student Counseling & Support**:

- Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve students' chances of securing employment.

**Placement Tracking & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of placements, including student profiles, employer details, and job offers.
- Track placement progress and report placement statistics to management.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on job market trends, industry requirements, and recruitment practices.
- Identify new employers and potential job openings to expand the placement network.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the counseling and training teams to ensure that students are job-ready and meet the skill requirements of employers.
- Assist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or HR is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,160.86 per month
