**Responsibilities**
- **Digital Campaign Management**:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to refine and optimize campaign performance.
- **Content Creation and Management**:
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of messaging.

Conduct content audits and competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Social Media Management**:
Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.

Implement social media advertising strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **SEO and SEM**:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and improve search engine rankings.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Collaborate with web development and IT teams to implement on-page SEO best practices.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
Develop custom dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, influencing future marketing strategies.

Implement conversion tracking and attribution modeling to measure the impact of various marketing channels.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and enhance customer retention efforts.

Implement automated workflows and drip campaigns to streamline communication and engagement.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with the customer journey.
- **Emerging Technologies and Trends**:
Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in digital marketing.

Explore and recommend new tools or platforms to enhance campaign performance.

Continuously adapt strategies to leverage the latest advancements in the digital marketing landscape.

**Qualifications**:
**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.**

**- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.**

**- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.**

**- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.**

**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.**

**- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.**

**- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.**

**Compensation**
we have allocated 10% of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
